1. Temperature test

put the solvent type film coated printing matter and the water-based film coated printing matter into the oven at the same time, and do the temperature resistance test at 70 ℃. After 25min, the solvent type coated printed matter wrinkled, and after 28min, the water-based coated printed matter wrinkled. The test shows that the water-based film coating adhesive meets the temperature resistance requirements of printing film coating

2. Water resistance test

immerse two kinds of film coated printing materials in water at the same time, and knead them by hand after soaking for 24 hours to separate the paper fiber from the membrane, and observe the amount of residual ink layer and fiber on the membrane. If there is much residue, it means that the adhesive has good water resistance after drying. The water resistance of water-based film covering adhesive is better than that of solvent based film covering adhesive

3. Oil resistance test

the products of water-based film coating adhesive and solvent based film coating adhesive are wrapped with some inks respectively, and observe whether there are degumming, foaming and other phenomena. Foaming was found in the solvent type test after 1 day, while no foaming or degumming was found in the water-based film covering adhesive after 5 days. It is proved that the oil resistance of water-based film covering adhesive is better than that of solvent type. The water-based film covering glue is water-soluble, and common tap water can be used for dilution and cleaning. It is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free, but it is currently dyed

through experiments, it is proved that the application of water-based film covering adhesive is feasible. Once the ultraviolet light intensity is found to decay, the lamp tube needs to be replaced in time. In order to ensure the product quality, do not use the method of increasing the exposure time to indefinitely extend the service life of the light source

3. Correctly grasp the development temperature and time

3. Spraying
